Responsibilities
• CC&B Implementation: Lead the implementation of CC&B software solutions, working closely with internal stakeholders to define system requirements and configure the software to meet those needs.
• System Configuration: Customize CC&B software to align with the organization's billing processes, rates, and customer service requirements.
• Data Migration: Assist in the migration of data from legacy systems to the CC&B platform, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• User Training: Provide training and support to end-users, including customer service representatives, billing personnel, and other staff members, to ensure they can effectively use the CC&B system.
