Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (8+ years) in commercial management within the shipping line.
- Strong knowledge of Red Sea and Gulf trade routes and market dynamics.
- Experience in managing import and export shipment freight pricing and vessel space control.
- Ability to develop and implement service product development and P&L study
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in conducting market studies and cargo mix analysis.
- Strong leadership and Commercial management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with global tender pricing and submission processes.
