Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Human Resources concentration preferred) desired;
- 1-3 years of prior experience in Human Resources Functions;
- Knowledge of Workday and Dayforce HRIS System (preferred);
- Advanced Excel Skills;
- Relevant experience gained within a fashion luxury retail environment;
- Strong organization skills;
- Ability to plan and manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously;
- Strong follow up skills on projects and activities on a day-to-day basis to maximize impact;
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective work relationships with all levels of internal and external colleagues;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Ability to influence without authority and to work cross-functionally to deliver and share results;
- Strong motivation to work for retail and the proven ability to work within a multi-site structure;
- Can take responsibility for own actions;
- Maintains objective view in negative or emotional situation.
