Operations Aministrator

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyze existing processes and develop recommendations for process improvement.
• Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track and report on key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
• Monitor and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed.
• Liaise with external stakeholders such as vendors and contractors.
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of process improvement and project management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
• Experience in the Islamic finance industry is an asset but not required.
