Essential Responsibilities:
Employee care: For individuals
- Conduct ongoing individual needs and psychometric assessments
- Conduct 1:1 counseling sessions to guide and coach individuals
- Monitor ongoing health and psychological safety of employees
- Manage incident cases with care and according to appropriate guidelines
Employee care: For groups
- Manage and deliver the virtual wellness calendar
- Design virtual activity-based group sessions and environment-specific workshops for the nature of our work. For example: stress management and reduction techniques, tools to support a healthy work-life balance, healthy communication strategies, managing anxiety and depression
Reporting and communication
- Communicate with the wellness team on a regular basis to discuss observations, trends, insights, risks and opportunities
- Communicate with the wellness leaders on a regular basis to report on progress and impact of program
- Report findings directly to site leader on wellness outcomes and program
- Manage all wellness communications to employees and support teams
- Manage data and create reports
- Manage confidential records and reports according to the appropriate data protection framework
Strategy and impact
- Drive initiatives to achieve healthy outcomes
- Evaluate program effectiveness and analyze data
- Ensure quality and continuous improvement of initiatives
- Work with colleagues across departments to integrate wellness into operational processes
