Lead and managed EBS HRMS managed support projects from start to finish
Analyze and understand client requirements to design and configure EBS HRMS solutions
Provide guidance and support to team members on project tasks and deliverables

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Troubleshoot and resolve techno-functional issues related to EBS HRMS
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in EBS HRMS
Prepare project documentation including functional specifications and test scripts
Ensure compliance with project timelines and budget constraints
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for EBS HRMS post-implementation
