The role of an CX Training Professional is:
• To deliver technical trainings on certain Honeywell Process Solutions product lines (TPS, Experion PKS, PMD, QCS, FSC, SM, SM-SC, PHD etc) both for customers and internal Honeywell employees.
• To provide quality technical training either in a Honeywell Academy location, on a customer-site or virtual, compliant with HPS quality standards and procedures
