Job Overview
We are looking for a confident and empathetic individual to join as Customer Relationship Manager for a two-wheeler automobile showroom. Your main role is building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers. You will be required to respond to customers queries and resolve them as soon as possible.
Job Responsibilities
- Needs to handle all customer queries and complaint management and report to Service Manager.
- Identifying customer demands and requirements.
- Dealing with people of different backgrounds and temperaments.
- Solving customer issues and complaints.
- Planning strategies for customer care and conflict resolution.
- Cross-selling products and services to the customer.
- Advising customers on cost-effectiveness.
- Overseeing the activities of the sales team.
- Maintaining good relationships with customers.
- Approaching prospective customers to build rapport.
- Taking feedback from customers to ensure they are satisfied with the service.
- Staying updated with the latest ways to retain customers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in any discipline. High School Diploma with relevant experience will also be considered.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in automobile field.
- Preferably female candidate.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- A keen eye for details.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Training will be provided in regards to report generation and system operations
Location- St. Inez, Panaji-Goa.
