Qualifications – External
- 4 to 6 years of HFM Development Experience is mandatory for this role.
- Acquire end to end system data flow, application configuration, reporting requirements and Change requests.
- Provide additional support on ad hoc activities (quarter ends)
- Person would be responsible for End-to-End HFM admin activities.
- Taking personal responsibility for developing team’s knowledge/skills on HFM application and latest changes
- Proven track record of successful creation and analysis of GRCA and Entity business change requirements.
- Familiarity with IFRS, Regulatory, FINREP & GSIB reporting.
- Mature and independent – able to work with teams with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communicator.
- Proactive builder of strong and diverse business relationships
- Organised and efficient multi-tasker; has a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work under pressure, report to tight deadlines and deal effectively with issues as they arise
- Able to manage, mentor and develop more junior staff
- Proficiency in data analysis and systems impact analysis
- Subject matter expertise / strong knowledge of financial accounting, management information / management accounting processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Strong desire and proven ability to comprehend complexities, opportunities and solutions offered by systems and various digital tools
