Responsibilities:
- We are currently looking for a hiring leader, a recruiter, a HR manager, and a corporate planning manager.
- The HR department is in the start-up phase of a fast-growing organization, so you will be able to work with the people you have hired.
- You will be able to form an organization with people you have been involved in recruiting.
- While being a member, you will be entrusted with a wide range of duties and have a lot of discretionary power.
- The job will also serve as a bridge between management, frontline departments, and company itself, and will allow you to interact with many stakeholders and work from multiple perspectives.
Qualifications:
- Experience in HR at a business company, RPO, CA at an agency (especially high career), etc.
- Experience in recruiting IT engineers
