Job Role & Responsibilities – as below
• Preparation of Financial Statements,
• Preparation of Bank reconciliation Statement,
• Reconciliation of Parties account (suppliers and customers)
• Preparation of Import and Export LC documents
• Register Sales order in the system
• Exposure Trade Finance Experience (Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee, TR Loan etc)
• maintain the general ledger,
• Assisting with preparation of budgets.
• Assisting with annual audit preparations
• Preparation of Import Cost Sheets, purchase vouchers and their profitability analysis,
• Ageing Analysis
• Preparation of VAT return
• Preparation of payroll under Wage Protection System (WPS).
• Online Invoice submission
