Local Government Regional Lead

• Monitoring new assets set up for events/distributions
  
• Communication of any events to advisors
  
• Pre and Post Event reconciliations
  
• To assist other team members at peak times with the various functions of the Dividends and Corporate Actions team
  
• Develop new business process for maturities
  

Requirements

• 4-5 years experience in a similar role
  
• Either prior knowledge of the various aspects of the firms Dividend /CA function or the ability to learn quickly necessary
  
• An excellent knowledge of Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat. Prior experience with Figaro preferred
  
• A record of providing excellent customer service
  
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
