General Manager: Fast-casual Restaurant
We are a growing fast-casual concept founded in Southern California and are expanding nationwide. We need a local fast-casual restaurant GM.

As a fast-casual restaurant General Manager, your background and abilities include the following:
- You will have complete responsibility for the restaurant, including quality, cost controls, staffing, and customer satisfaction. You will be expected to run it like you own it.
- You must be able to develop a strong team.
- The ideal candidate is a GM from a well-operated, scratch kitchen fast-casual brand. A strong AGM will also be considered.
- To be successful, you should embrace a healthy lifestyle, thrive with systems and structure, adhere to standards, have excellent interpersonal skills with guests and team members, develop and lead your team, and have good BOH knowledge and capabilities. You are hands-on in all areas, are ServSafe Certified, and are a driven, upbeat, energetic, and enthusiastic leader.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- Eight weeks of training.
