What You'll Bring
Must have:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing automation/CRM space
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of one or more of these marketing automation platforms - Oracle Eloqua/Adobe Experience Platform/Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with HTML and email development best practices.
- Experience influencing and guiding people in a matrix environment.
- Communication: Outstanding communication skills to present ideas, updates, and results. A team player with a client partnership mindset.
Preferred:
- Analytical Skills: It is preferred but not essential if you have experience with analytical tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, and Tableau.

This role is pro rata to $90,000 - $110,000 + Super with paid public holidays & wellness/recharge days off, any additional leave taken is unpaid.
