Responsibilities:
• Oversee dining experiences, including greeting guests, taking orders, serving meals and beverages, and ensuring exceptional service.
• Guest check-in and check-out, managing reservations, providing information about the establishment's services, and promptly addressing guest inquiries and requests.
Requirements:
• High school diploma, degree or certification in hospitality management or a related field is advantageous.
• Prior experience in food and beverage service is essential to excel in F&B responsibilities.
• Experience in front desk operations, including guest check-ins, reservations management, and knowledge of hotel management software, is beneficial.
