Utilities Engineer

Qualifications

Key skills and experience:

• Engineering qualifications or relevant experience in building services
• Industry knowledge of steam, chilled water, compressed air, HVAC and electrical systems.
• Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of facilities management standards, legislation, and service lines.
• Awareness of industry-specific compliance and quality standards
  

Please note this is a day-based, rather than a shift-based role, you'll generally work 40 hours per week, however there will be occasions when working outside of these hours will be required.
