ITP Luxury Men s division is looking for a Commercial Intern to join their team.
Requirements
The intern will be responsible for:
- Developing content tools and cooperation proposals for industry and seasonal events
- Defining criteria for event sponsorship sourcing sponsor opportunities and proposing sponsor partners accordingly
- Creating presentations around activity concepts and content to serve for acquisition discussion and inspiration of global brand partnerships
- Establishing implementing and supporting brand events calendars working and followup files for the teams
- Assisting the teams pre during and post events (guest management logistics operations communication information and material management)
- Attending work events on behalf of the brand includes evenings to generate leads
- Create minutes of meetings
- Providing outstanding communication and service through all related clienttobusiness communication channels (incl. phone email livechat social media) to meet the clients and consumer needs in today s multiconnected world
- Creating comprehensive client overview for categories Fashion / Auto / Hospitality / Beauty / Travel / F&B / Health & Fitness
- It s a versatile role that requires all support functionality for the Men s commercial division
Requirements
- Own valid visa
- Immediate fulltime availability for 3 6 months contract period
