You must have previous experience running a successful kitchen within a high-quality restaurant, with the ability to encourage and motivate the team to maximise performance and productivity.
Requirements and Responsibilities
5+ years experience as a Head or Sous Chef
Passionate and creative as you will be the gastronomical face of the restaurant in the media
Good team player and ability to maintain good communication between restaurant and kitchen and external contractors.
Ability to devise menus for international and national events
Good knowledge of food hygiene procedures
Advanced English and Spanish speaker
Friendly, courteous and pleasant personality
Ensure effective control of stock purchasing, receipt, storage, preparation and service with regard to quality, quantity and safety.
The company is offering a full-time contract- Wednesday to Sunday -11.00 -15.00 and 19.00-23.00 (split shifts)
Monday and Tuesdays off work
Salary: 27,000 gross plus additional bonuses for the right candidate.
