Qualifications
Person Specification Qualifications, Specific Experience & Training Essential
- Minimum - educated to NVQ level 4 / HNC in Information Technology, Clinical or Computing related subject or equivalent or relevant experience gained from working in the NHS or similar healthcare environments
- Experience of working within a team-based work environment
Desirable
- Advanced ECDL or equivalent qualification
- Experience of working with and supporting NHS patient-based IT systems
- Experience of working with learning management systems or e-learning package creation tools
- Experience of connecting PC's and peripherals together and to networks
Knowledge and Skills Essential
- High level of computer literacy, including the use of Windows and Microsoft / Office 365 tools, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- Data input to a high level of accuracy to support system changes
Desirable
- Understand the requirements of Data Protection Act, Computer Misuse Act, and IM&T systems security policy and be aware of the requirements of Information Governance, Clinical Governance and Caldicott.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Video editing or e-learning content creation skills
- Good customer care skills
