Job Summary:
The Sales Director is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue for VLAKAR Real Estate. This role will lead sales efforts to meet and exceed sales targets and will develop sales plans to maximize the performance of the sales team. This position requires a strong understanding of the business and the ability to create a sales environment that encourages success.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales objectives.
Lead recruit motivate and develop a highperforming sales team.
Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Monitor and analyze customer feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
Analyze sales data to identify areas of opportunity and develop plans to maximize sales.
Provide feedback and support to sales team to ensure goals are met.
Develop sales plans to maximize the performance of the sales team.
Create sales reports and track progress against sales goals.
Utilize CRM software to track and analyze customer information.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing or related field.
5 years of sales experience.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in Real Estate.
Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes.
Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
Experience managing at least 1020 Real Estate Agents at once
