Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus.
- Along with minimum 5 years' experience as a Country HR Manager and familiar with greenfield/brownfield start-up environment.
- Strong understanding of Vietnam and Cambodia labor laws and regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with HR software is advantageous.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexible and adaptable mindset in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Language Proficiency in Vietnamese and English are essential as the role will provide HR support for Vietnam and Cambodia markets. The candidate should be able to effectively communicate, collaborate, and review/draft policies/documentation.
