الوصف الوظيفي
- The operation coordinator couponing main mission is to ensure the perfect execution of our activities.
- Liaise with the internal department.
- Organize and facilitate internal and external workflow.
- Coordinate purchase and delivery of prize with external stakeholders
- Reports and updates internal team on campaign progress.

Every week you will:
- Update our tracker and KPIs.
- Prepare game feasibility checks: Agenda / Prizes / Prices / Contents
- Prepare clearing files.
- Emailing process: template / sending/follow up / data collection.
- Submit and get a ministry permit for our digital activities.
- Liaise with retailers for campaign details / Sell-out requests / Promoter permission.
- Liaise with the internal department for POSM dispatch/campaign reports.
- Liaise with the Campaign Manager and Merchandiser teams to coordinate specific clients’ requests.
- Liaise with promoter agency: Promoter brief/survey.
- Liaise with stores for physical coupon collection in liaison with courier partner.
- Find and negotiate suppliers for prize sourcing and FF.
- Organize, plan, and assist the clearing team.
- Prepare and share reports.

- Handle storage facilities and coordinate shipment
- Update analytics files
- Coordinate with the external scanning operator team
- Assist Merchandiser team.
- Negotiate courier rates.
