As an Officer, Cost Audit, you will ensure the completeness and accuracy of all inventory related costs, including F&B, operating supplies, retail, and others as defined by the Manager, Audit. You will also conduct regular inventory counts in conjunction with various departments and investigate and report on discrepancies, as well as monitor inventory levels and report on slow moving and obsolete inventory on hand. Ensuring all appropriate processes are in place to track inventory transactions for special events will also be essential and interacting and building relationships with different departments within the resort.
About You
You will have 2-3 years’ experience within Cost Audit, within the hospitality industry, and must have strong attention to detail and the ability to think creatively and interact with colleagues at all levels of the organization. You must have extensive experience working with Microsoft Office tools and a good business sense with operational focus. Strong organisational skills and managing demanding deadlines are essential to be successful in this role, as well as good spoken and written English
