- Responsible for greeting guests, providing a positive and friendly attitude through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival to departure
- Provide personalize guest services and be the contact point of luxury suite booking guests
- Take responsibility and ownership in creating personal connections, maintain the guest satisfaction and always take initiative to delight our guests
- Provide customized check-in procedures, suite set-up and introduction, offer welcome drink and dining recommendations and bookings
- Include unpacking-packing luggage service, laundry and in-room dining service if guest requested
- Orchestrate the special occasions, assist with in-suite experience and arrangement in order to create memorable moment
- Keep updating the daily guest record / report, aware the guest preference and any allergies and ensure any pending items are handed over at the end of a shift
- Work closely with the team, answer the calls and email in promptly
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has
- A Diploma Certificate or above in Hospitality Management or an equivalent qualification is preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in guest services industry
- Pay attention to detail with organization skills
- Excellent guest service skills, interpersonal skills & communication skills
- Excellent command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
