Job Responsibilities
- Coordination with Admin Staff / Accounts and Collection departments for daily routine works
- Coordination with Legal advisor on execution/ follow-up of Agreements
- Interactions with Bank officials write Loan Sanctions / Disbursements of Client Loans
- Interaction/ maintaining relationship with Sub registrar to register Agreements, Govt
- Maintaining the master sheets of all
- Drafting
- Application with the Sub Registrar office
- Preparation of loan related documents of the
- Maintenance of outstanding statements of the clients
- Collections of monthly rentals and preparation of maintenance
- Raising demand note and collection of slab wise
- Call customers/Answer incoming calls and setup site visits
- Handle all communication with existing customers
- Monitoring of sales and payment collections
- Handling channel partners
- Sending Quotes &
- Application Processing
- Registration preparation
- Maintaining a Database of the existing & prospective
- Interacting with them & keep them informed about current and upcoming
- Filing & record keeping
- MIS Reports
Job Requirements
- Any graduate, Degree in Business Administration will be preferred
- Preferably Male candidates
- Working experience of 2-3 years in Customer Relationship
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proficient knowledge of latest methods and strategies to improve customer services
- Ability to think strategically
- Excellent team management and leadership skills
- Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills
