Based on the description below, we are looking for an Account Manager to join our superstar team!
Fluent English is a MUST
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strengthening the partnership between client and company;
- Own relationship with customers: Onboarding, user adoption, ensuring retention and satisfaction, and managing risk;
- Growth relationship (cross-sell & up-sell) based on client needs for growth;
- Assure customer success on an ongoing basis;
- Establish a trusted advisor relationship with each assigned customer and help expand the continued value of our product and services;
- Work with customers to establish critical goals and aid them in achieving them to provide ultimate value;
- Advocate customer needs and issues cross-departmentally;
- Work within a team to build a world-class Customer Success
Requirements
- Fluent English is a MUST;
- Proven experience in account management, customer success management, or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention;
- Organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently;
- Service-minded and excellent strategic capability in balancing commercial outcomes and customer needs;
- A proactive problem-solver by nature and a positive mindset;
- Higher Education Degree;
- Experience with the digital landscape;
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects at the same time;
- Strong usage of time-management skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Demonstrate the ability to overcome obstacles and be proactive in finding creative solutions;
- Excellent relationship-building skills;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow through on client
