Partners with the HR operations team and CoEs to manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding and employee relations;
Partner with R&D business unit and ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR strategies for hiring;
Drives business strategic growth from an HR perspective, including headcount planning, partnering with TA on recruitment strategy and evaluating organization structures;
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top-quality candidates for various positions within the organization;
Ensure compliance with hiring policies, procedures, and employment laws throughout the recruitment process;
Provide regular updates and reports to the HR team and hiring managers on recruitment progress;
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
5+ years HR experience, HRBP experience preferred;
Experience with performance management, employee relations and data analytics/reporting;
Demonstrated project management and change management experience and ability to drive programs independently;
Analytical and data management skills with experience translating data into action planning;
Interpersonal communication skills and experience building relationships at all levels of the organization;
Knowledge and experience in the technology or Internet business preferred;
Experience in hiring Ecommerce, Live and Mobile App talent preferred.
