Requirements
Must Haves
- At least 1 year spent in a similar role (, mailroom, post office, general office or business) with demonstrated experience planning, organizing, and prioritizing multiple projects
- Valid, violation-free driver s license with reliable transportation and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage (per company policy)
- Familiarity with mailroom equipment including computers, printers, scanners, and postage meters
- Computer and data entry skills with basic spreadsheet knowledge (, Microsoft Excel)
- Proven strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential, sensitive information in a highly regulated environment
- Passion for coordinating tasks & projects and supporting teammates with an eye for process improvements
- High school diploma
