Position Summary:
The Customer Account Specialist I is responsible for providing customer support to assigned customers and assisting sales
Essential Functions:
- Confer with customers and sales force by telephone and email in order to provide information about products and
- Process orders and
- Track shipping
- Receive damage
- Responsible for SAP data
- Compare disputed merchandise with original requisitions and information from
- Inform Account Manager of any changes to customer
- Invoice all managed accounts same day as shipping and follow individual accounts invoicing
- Confer with upper management on account
- Escalate unresolved account issues to CSR II, Lead CSR or
- Communicate and coordinate with internal
- Follow up on customer
- Perform other duties as
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma, general education degree or
- 6 months or more customer service
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including: pivot tables, vlookup, and creating
- Working knowledge of customer service and sales principles and
- Proficiency in relevant computer
- Ability to type 45
- Knowledge of administrative
- SAP experience is
