1. Follow up on the directives of the client and ensure that the necessary measures are taken on time.
2. Follow up on incoming/ outgoing official correspondence and correspondence to the client.
3. Preserving correspondence and official documents within an integrated system for archiving documents.
4. Follow up on the status of messages received from all sectors and departments of the authority and ensure that the closure of correspondence is not delayed.
5. Preparing for the evaluation of the clients office.
6. Preparing the monthly reports related to the status of the correspondence received at the office of the client.
7. Follow up on coordination with the client to ensure that all directives instructions and recommendations received from the client are implemented.
8. Ensure that all requirements are provided on time follow up on matters related to the clients office and prepare and implement the tasks assigned to him from the minutes of meetings and PowerPoint presentations.
9. Taking and following up the approval of the client on the documents sent by the concerned authorities.
10. Periodic followup and update of the shared file.
11. Follow up on individual performance plans for sector employees in coordination with the Human Resources Department.
1. Preparing reports in an orderly and professional manner.
2. A good listener and communicator with a high ability to communicate and convey information orally and in writing.
3. An effective member of the work team and able to enhance confidence in his relationships with clients and team members.
4. Have effective communication skill.
5. Fluent in Arabic and English in reading writing and speaking.
6. Excellent writing skills.
