They are recruiting a Project Coordinator from the banking / finance / IT industry and preferably having a PMP certification
The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the planning execution and completion of various projects within our organization. This individual will work closely with project delivery team members and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
A key part of a project Coordinator s role is to identify and mitigate risks which may impact successful delivery of projects.
Job Responsibilities for Project Coordinator
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule project plans and timelines.
- Coordinating client and internal resources.
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy adjustments and progress.
- Utilize industry best practices techniques and standards throughout entire project execution.
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule project meetings ensuring effective communication among team members and clients.
- Assist in resource allocation and tracking.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree.
- 5 years of project coordination or management and related experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in SaaS project cycle.
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
- Analytical interpersonal project planning and coordination time management communication and collaboration and problemsolving skills .
- Attention to detail risk management.
