- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process - job postings, candidate screening, interviews and onboarding and orientation.
- Labor & Immigration - process offer letters and manage all aspects of employee employment visas and UAE Government requirements including off boarding through to final settlement.
- Monitor and manage leave and sickness absence.
- Talent / performance management – manage the probation and annual performance review process - including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback ; collaborate with managers to identify development opportunities for employees.
- Employee relations - provide advice and resolve employee disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence and employment related matters in accordance with company policies and procedures, UAE Labor Law and best practice.
- Payroll, medical insurance & compensation – manage payroll, salary reviews, bonuses and medical insurance administration.

Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 5 -8 years’ experience as a Human Resources generalist; minimum 3 years’ UAE experience in a trading and distribution organization with deep working knowledge of UAE recruitment and employee relations and UAE Labor Law.
- Experience in dealing with employee relations – provide guidance to managers and employees to address concerns and conflicts.
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
