As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, establishing relationships with potential clients, and contribute to the overall success of the company. An ideal candidate for this role must have a proven track record in the logistics industry.
Main Responsibilities to include:
- Represent the organization and deliver exceptional customer service to the clients
- Foster and maintain strong relationship with customers
- Follow up customer inquiries promptly and direct them to the appropriate departments for assistance
- Manage and cultivate a portfolio of prospects
- Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue targets
- Ensure customer agreements adhere to company pricing guidelines and profitability targets
- Review and ensure customer pricing is accurate and conduct negotiations when discrepancies arise
- Acquire accounts and expand market share
- Promote companys brand image, values, and foster personal growth
Note: Successful candidates will be based in either Dubai or Abu Dhabi offices.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Management or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years sales experience in shipping, transport, or logistics is essential
- Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills
- Strong industry knowledge and able to multitask
- Full command of English with additional language in Arabic is advantageous
- Must have valid UAE Driving License and own car
