ACCESS PT is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at Schervier Pavilion and Anthony Community Hospital in Warwick, NY. This is a split position between the two locations and we are looking for a flexible candidate to work 30-40 hours/week between the hours of 8:00am to

Physical Therapist Day-to-Day:
- Building meaning connection with patients
- Developing customized plans of care based on the most up-to-date, evidence-based practices & treatments
- Provide timely communication with referral sources, patients, & leaders
- Set and achieve professional goals and career goals
Physical Therapist Requirements:
- Physical Therapist, current or pending, license in the State of New York
- Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited physical therapy program
- Excellent communication skills
- Authorization to work in the - will assist with H1 visa transfer
