KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitate adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance by closely working with business users to implement the best practice solution with minimum or no customization
- Drive and Facilitate the requirement gathering and solution designing
- Effectively demonstrate the solution capabilities, mapping of existing processes in standard best practice solutions, perform fit-gap analysis and bridge the GAPs through innovative solutions
- Document business and system processes
- Identify and link functional and technical requirements to deliver an end to end solution
- Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines and repeatable processes. Technical evaluations and ensuring best practices are followed enabling system scalability and enhancements internally or from Microsoft
- Business process analysis to map the as-is business process to standard best practice solution
- Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to drive Solution design and configuration
- Coordinate with security team to configure security
- Validate functional/technical design proposed by vendors for custom solution and integrations
- Deep knowledge and experience using the data structures, and objects associated with the Finance and Operations solutions
- Assist in migration strategy, prepare data and migrate data
- Formulate and publish training content, perform super user and end user training and monitor effectiveness of training
- Assist in testing strategy, describe test scenarios, prepare test scripts, execute unit testing, integration testing & regression testing and support user acceptance testing
EDUCATION AND TECHNICAL CERTIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Information System or Engineering
- Microsoft certified professional
EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 years of Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O implementation experience as functional consultant
- Experience in implementation and support of enterprise projects
