General Responsibilities

Support the management in implementation of Operations Division policies, procedures and controls coveringall areas of assigned department activity

Support the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processesand practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.

Ensure that all reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet our requirements, policies, and qualitystandards.

Job Specific Responsibilities will include

Lead the development and implementation of the settlements and payments strategy ensuring alignment tothe overall strategy

Monitor the activities of Settlement functions ensuring adherence to timelines, transparency and operationalefficiency

Research plus review more complicated corporate action events using database system.

Identify all eligible holders, develop and ensure to distribute notifications related to corporate market eventscomplex in nature.

Resolve all discrepancies, ensure to take action on everyday matters as well as inquiries from all externalclients plus internal departments.

Ensure to escalate more complicated issues complying procedures to assure timeliness and processingaccuracy.

Interact with customers and varied departments on all routine matters as well as inquires.

Conduct different associated auditing functions.

Support with varied related duties as needed for ad hoc reports or projects.

Interpret and manage controls and risks within all group functions.

Convey and manage entire event deadlines with customers both external as well as internal.

Develop and maintain position to reconcile short, long, borrowing plus lending.

Head responsibility to manage claim process to providers of company stock lender on customers behalfhaving borrowed positions over XD to enhance relations with clients.

Convey necessary instructions to all customers.

Monitor and record entire instructions received of corporate event from stock lender to company.

Manage Proxy Voting service with all custodian as needed by customers.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelors degree in either of the following majors: Business Administration or Business Management,Business Economics, or Finance/ Accounting/Statistics

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in securities exchange, brokerage firms orreputable financial institution
