We have an exciting opportunity for a driven Head of Revenue to join the team at our Premier Inn Hotel Regional Office in Dubai.

What is the purpose of the job?
We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic guest focused Revenue Head who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.
As a Head of Revenue, you are responsible to maximize revenue through room reservation by setting proactive selling strategies and action plans in order to achieve the budgeted revenue thereby maintaining a healthy business and your role will include key responsibilities such as:
Maximizes hotel RevPAR through a thorough understanding of all booking channels and management of inventory and rate therein.
Design and implement a continuous pro-active, selling strategy and action plan, which will drive the optimization of hotel profits
Have the foresight to capture any unexpected opportunities and implement recovery plans to counter act threats to business
Oversee the maximization of revenues through the combined efforts of the Reservations, Sales & MICE Sales Departments.
Provides guided learning so that all areas of the hotel that impact revenue are fully aware of
the hotel Revenue Management strategies and understand their role in the plan.
Ensures the RMS are correctly configured for optimal price and forecasting, conducting regular
audits on PMS and RMS for rate and market segment configuration
Prepares the commercials related to revenue for weekly trading meeting
Leads the relationship with key OTA partners in collaboration with Regional Commercial Director
Prepare necessary data required for revenue budgets and assist management team in preparing yearly budgets
Ensures rate parity is in place across multiple platforms by continuously monitoring rate
shopping and collaborate with RDOS to eliminate offenders
Lead, coach, develop, recruit and retain future talents. He/she will manage performance,
develop and evaluate the Revenue team members on the agreed KPI s
You should ideally have a degree in the hospitality field with previous experience in a similar role for minimum three years within the Reservations / Revenue Department of a hotel.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential.
Computer literacy and previous experience with Opera is a must.
