- Prepares all main ingredients (meat/chicken) and other food items for cooking and marinating, seasoning breading, saut ing and pro-portioning in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment.
- Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served to assure safety of all costumers and satisfaction.
- Knows and complies consistently with company standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.
- Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period at all time.
Requirements
- Min 6months experience in Dubai at cafeteria/food truck/restaurants etc
- High School passed
