Technical Support Developer

Implementation/parameterization, development, Integration and Unit Testing Support of uct and related interfaces/APIs
• Must have knowledge on main Flexcube modules like:
Core, CASA(Current Accounts and savings), Data Entry (DE), OBPM (ents), Interest and Charges (IC), ELCM, Loans, etc.
• Must have knowledge on implementation and support for Core banking Proxy APIs.
• Coordinate with Development, Support teams and oyment in production and test environments for various technical deliverables including Customization Deliveries, hsets, fixes etc.
• Analysing and providing production support covering both technical and functional domains of ing suite of products.
• Previous Banking experience and coordination with Support/Development teams to provide the resolution for production incidents and troubleshooting/ root cause analysis.
• Developing reports (BI Publisher) as per business requirements
• Working knowledge of lopment tools, Web Logic server deployments, base
• Guide the business users on any configuration issues related to the application
• Support and Follow up of EOD process
• Might be required to provide support during non-business hours.
