Architectural Design Manager

• Prepare vision documents for all the projects together with the Development or Asset management teams. These documents will analyze define the customer journey experience and propose design directions for the project.
• Support key stakeholders in the development of project specific project briefs and scope of work; by producing competent Architectural planning solutions, with a strong understanding of the customer journey, target customer and designing stimulating spaces in accordance to the project brief, business objectives and MAF standards
• Incorporate stakeholder requirements (e.g. Leasing, Development, operations) in the project brief while adhering to and maintaining MAF design standards.
• Manage the Architectural team in producing conceptual, competent and functional architectural layouts, with a strong understanding of design principals for retail, shopping malls and mixed-use projects.
