Senior Architect

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include;

Leading and managing a team with regard to infrastructure design work through all concept, preliminary and final design stages on a high rise mixed-use development project.

Ensuring a high quality service is delivered throughout the project, whilst maintaining minimum standards in accordance with the Project Management scope of services.

Evaluating and reporting on technical tender submittals.

Advising the client on all matters pertaining to programming, concept design, schematic design, design development, working drawings, tender documents, tender submittals and evaluation.

Monitoring the executions, administrations and performance of the design development.

Responsible for workshops, progress meetings and design management meetings and will be required to establish the methodology for ensuring the production of complete and approved design, tender and contract documentation.
