Conduct analysis and prepare forecast recommendations for new product launches

Prepare the allocations of samples, GWP and POS Material for new launches and events

Assist the Marketing Manager with the trade plan

Follow up day to day needs from the counter teams and various trade requests, in line with trade marketing plan (GWP signage, planograms…)

Creation of marketing presentations for internal & external meetings

Preparation of video loop for animations & counters

Contribute to the generation of creative ideas within the department

Conduct competition analysis

Day-to-day administrative duties including placing bi-monthly stock orders for head office, preparing the retailers’ meetings (samples, mock-up, gifts, catering…)

In charge of the budget tracking tool by raising POs to suppliers and receiving invoices
