الوصف الوظيفي
Responsibilities:
A- Ops supervisor shall ensure that attendance of their shift is effectively managed and monitored based on set criteria and guidelines provided.
B- Ops supervisor is responsible to monitor assigned team leader performance and effectively use skills to produce required results.
C- Ops supervisor shall ensure to meet with duty officer in the beginning and end of shift to take their feedback on shift.
D- Ops Supervisor shall ensure smooth deployment of staff i.e. grooming checks, on time punch in / punch out.
