Team Leader

Responsibilities:
• Planning and assigning daily work.
• Train, guide and evaluate new/old warehouse workers with respect to the ERP and best practices.
• Ensure that Purchases of Consumables from Sellers are accurately accounted for and in-warding into the WMS and Consumable Management Tools.
• Ensure that all teams are using the packaging tools properly and drive the processes on the ground.
• Communicate and collaborate with other team members.
• Ensure that all warehouses have basic safety stocks to avoid disruptions in order processing.
• Addressing performance issues and improving productivity on the floor.
• Ensure that Consumables (Packaging Material) consumption is optimized among warehouses and wastages is reduced.
• Understanding the ERP functions and reports to maximize output and efficiency.
• Determine, track and Drive most important Cost KPIs to achieve company’s objective of performance and cost.
