الوصف الوظيفي
Responsibilities:
• Get involved in process design activity, ensuring adherence to standard processes.
• Strong Coordination with all stakeholders in the organization
• Responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities.
• Ensure that all confidentiality policies and data management rules are followed in the team.
• Planning of current and special projects within the region
• Responsible for monitoring, and reporting the performance for GBS Hire-to-retire function
• Responsible for the GBS Hire-to-retire operational tasks
