Temp Corporate Communications Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
• -Support the Corporate Communication Director in developing the country corporate communication strategy in order to develop awareness, build and reinforce L'Oreal Group's reputation over time.
• Build and implement a 360° external & internal communication strategy in line with the business strategy and Group Communication strategy
• Develop and execute a full calendar of communications activities
• Contribute to supporting and advising the Country GM and Country senior management with regard to corporate communication topics: develop communication tools: Q&A, key messages ....
• public speaking opportunities for country management committee
• Support and advise the Country senior management with regard to corporate communication topics
• Prepare spokespeople for interviews and advise for internal and external speeches
• Initiate, develop and manage internal communication projects/operations
• Organize internal communication events
• Support Crisis and Issues Management
• Monitor and map risks/ Prepare potential responses
• Develop and implement local philanthropy projects
