الوصف الوظيفي
Responsibilities:
• Review of construction drawings and planning site activities in coordination with other sections.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, encourage Think Tank Ideas, Improvement requests etc.
• Responsible for selection/ recruitment of production workmen, foremen and Sr. foreman staff in coordination with people Dept.
• Setting targets for people, evaluating performance of subordinates, identifying skill gaps and provide training to personnel.
• Take the lead for all repair and new installations/ equipment related to HVA/C system.
