الوصف الوظيفي
Job Purpose
Plans and supervises the activities of the assigned and involved personnel/contractors. Ensures the implementation of projects in accordance with VAP as deemed necessary. Coordinates effective implementation throughout all stages of Project implementation, engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, hook-up commissioning and hand over to the end-user/operating authority.
Job Specific Accountabilities (Part 1)
Reviews Projects scope of requirements and documentation/packages, develops implementation strategies, follows-up implementation and ensures that all commitments in terms of schedule/budget, performance, guarantee and quality are attained throughout various phases of the project until final hand over to operating Authority.
Ensures adherence to the Companys safety standards and procedures during all stages of implementation of Projects and in specific by all personnel/contractors engaged in project work sites.
Develops project implementation strategy and project schedule. Prepare DSPs as required depending on the nature of project and follow-up on the approvals.
Ensures SOW/Specifications are prepared as per the project schedule and in line with original SORs. Liaises with Site during all phases of the project, in specific to roles and responsibilities, SOW, schedules shutdown requirements
Reviews project engineering packages, tender documents, contractors/suppliers bids, and makes appropriate comments/recommendations with the help of other Engineers. Ensures the service is right and in line with Company procedure and cost.
Provides overall work control over the execution of wide variety of assigned tasks including all liaison and co-ordination, reviewing/execution programme, evaluating work load and assigning tasks to engineers and Third Party Agency (TPA).
Negotiates different services required for implementation of project, issues instruction to contractors to commence work, reviews

Requirements
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor s Degree in civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills
8 years of experience.
