• Lead the development of mid-long term Communication plans aligned with global and local stakeholders for Originals.
• Drive the development of category calendars and co-ordinate cross functional teams to deliver against key franchises and campaigns.
• Develop creative solutions that take our storytelling to the next level and inspire the new youth of MENA.
• Co-create and assist the development of activation plans to drive Originals with a focus on key cities in MENA.
• Manage the implementation, launch and ongoing activation of Originals franchises and assist with key product launches and community/culture initiatives.
• Manage campaign and activation budgets efficiently, following internal protocol.
• Co-ordinate and brief specific activations to deliver against an agreed plan (Entertainment and Influencer Marketing, Newsroom, DTC, WHS, SPOMA)
• Ensure global guidelines are upheld during all execution of brand activation. Assumes responsibility for the (legally) correct usage of the adidas trademarks and logos.
• Establish and create strong relationships and managing day-to-day activities with relevant internal and external partners.
• Negotiates and develops quotations with vendors by setting clear objectives and expectations.
• Full management of 1 direct report based in Cairo.
• Being the ultimate Brand Guardian for adidas Originals across the MENA region.
