الوصف الوظيفي
Responsibilities:
• Purchase requisitions, Store / Inventory & Receiving Operations / Sales Orders/ Deliveries & Work Orders
• Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions to order materials, goods, and supplies.
• Track and review deliveries against any orders and continuous follow-ups.
• Arranging collections for international suppliers
• Create Sales Order against order (Oracle)
• Liaise with local Chamber of Commerce to apply for shipping certificates.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand transport issues/logistic requirements.
• Responsible for Stock Monitoring
• Liaise and negotiate with 3rd party logistics.
• Must support any other task as assigned by the department head.
